About FCS
Our mission is to foster stronger communities by providing individuals with accessible, professional counseling and mental health care that empowers them to thrive.
Family Counseling Services was founded in 1877 by a group of citizens concerned with the well-being of individuals and families in our community. Today, FCS continues to provide psychotherapy and family life education to individuals and families in Winnebago and Boone counties and surrounding area.
Innovative programs reflect our inclusive and safe-for-all environment through early intervention.
